The rotation-torsion spectrum of CD2HOH

New transitions are reported in the submillimeter wave, terahertz, and far-infrared rotation-torsion spectrum of doubly-deuterated methanol CD2HOH. The newly assigned allow us to spectroscopically characterize torsional states with 0⩽K⩽12 0⩽vt⩽2. Three line position analyses carried out. In first one, restricted lines involving 3⩽K⩽12 vt⩽2, rotational energies evaluated a J(J+1) Taylor-type expansion for each state. 4853 were accounted unitless standard deviation 11.4. second analysis, 126 subband centers fitted obtain refined parameters including hindering potential. third 5911 J⩽26 reproduced 3.2 using four-dimensional fitting Hamiltonian.
